Billing and Payments
WVSA bills residential customers a flat rate of $40.00 per quarter per equivalent dwelling unit (EDU). In the first quarter residential customers are given the opportunity to pay for the entire year and receive a 2% discount. Commercial accounts are billed on water consumption based on the previous three-month usage. The meter rate schedule is based on 1 EDU.
Billing question can be directed to the Business Office at (570) 820-9872 (WVSA). WVSA accepts cash, check, money orders and credit card for payments. Customers can make payments in the following ways:
